Tucked just to the west of Edinburgh's city centre, the Dalry area is a lively and well-connected neighborhood that offers a blend of traditional charm and urban convenience. The streets are lined with classic Victorian tenement buildings, giving the area a timeless character that reflects the rich history of the city. As you stroll along the main road, the scent of fresh pastries and roasted coffee drifts from a mix of independent cafés and bakeries, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Dalry has a strong sense of community, with small local shops, cozy pubs, and international eateries nestled between modern amenities. A short walk leads to the open green space of Harrison Park or the Union Canal towpath, perfect for a morning jog or a relaxed evening walk. Despite its central location, the area manages to maintain a peaceful residential feel, with tree-lined side streets and well-kept communal gardens.

Public transport is a standout feature here, with regular buses and nearby train services making it easy to reach the rest of Edinburgh or beyond.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
