Disliked: Cleanliness
It is very well situated for visits to the castle and Royal Mile. The property needs to be renovated and painted throughout. The bed linen and mattresses should be replaced because there are stains on them. Some of the beds are worn and in disrepair. One bedroom door jam was cracked.Jack responded to questions fairly quickly and was helpful with information about parking. A few minor concerns were acknowledged but not solved.
