Housed inside one of Edinburgh's finest property developments this apartment is spacious with modern and stylish decor as well as being fitted with a variety of mod-cons including underfloor heating. Whilst staying here you will benefit from a range of amenities including arriving to a professionally cleaned property with hotel-quality high thread-count bed linen and towels. There is the option of checking in any time after 3pm that suits you with the use of a lockbox and the ease of knowing the kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you may need to make a home cooked meal. If requested in advance there are 2 secure under ground parking spaces available and of course you can make the most of the communal garden on a sunny day!
The sleek open plan living, kitchen and dining area is bright and classy. There are comfortable furnishings, a 75" TV, Sonos sound system built in the ceiling throughout the home and the floor to ceiling windows lets in plenty light. There is also a Bose speaker system in the living area.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with essentials and there is an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and washing machine all available to use. There is a large dining table and a separate desk with a printer and shredder, perfect if you are visiting with friends or travelling for work.
The property has 3 spacious bedrooms, all fitted with Smart TV's and a safe; a master bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite, a second double bedroom with storage, a twin room with 2 single beds. The property can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably.
There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment; the en-suite in the master bedroom has a full sized bath and there is an elegant family shower room. Both bathrooms have hand held bidet sprayers and towels are provided along side some essential toiletries.

## Neighborhood
Located close to the city centre, between Haymarket and Gorgie, there are great transport links and Haymarket station is within walking distance. Fountainbridge is home to a large activity complex with a trampoline park, cinema, gym, bowling alley and multiple restaurants. Additionally there are restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets all easily accessible on foot from the property. The Union Canal is great for walks and jogging. Many of Edinburgh's main attractions are within walking distance of the property as well as some brilliant restaurants, cafes and bars.
Edinburgh Airport: From the airport take the Tram or Airlink bus to Haymarket Station. From here the apartment is a short walk.
Train: The nearest railway station is Edinburgh Haymarket. From the station the property is a 8 minute walk.
Buses: Lothian Buses are the main bus operator in Edinburgh. They offer a great free app that provides route maps, fare information and live bus times. Its a great tool for getting around the city.
