Good evening, I am very sorry to read the amenities which you believed would be in your room were not. I have asked our Housekeeping Manager to look into this. We have a limited number of Feature bedrooms in our hotel. Our Feature bedrooms are our rooms which have Coffee machines so thank you very much for highlighting this. Along with housekeeping I will have this resolved quickly. I apologies regarding the noise from the shower. I do wish we were aware during your stay and we could have resolved this for you.
