The City Center Apartment " Maria " is a very nice 2 bedroom Apartment in a nice quiet area , only a 20 minute walk from Holyrood Palace, the Royal Mile, Princess Street, the Harbor and the beautiful Portobello Beach Promenade.

The next Bus stop is just 100 m , a various Shops, Supermarkets, Coffee Shops and Restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot.

A golf course is approx. 10 minutes walk away and the Holyrood Park with the fantastic Arthur's Seat with spectacular Views is approx 15-20 Minutes walk.

In our apartment you will also find a small office workspace with an inkjet printer and a super fast 500 Mbit/s Fiber Broadband Connection. Ideal to work on the way.
