We were in room 7 and were so happy with how quiet the room was at night. It was clean, staff were friendly, and the location is great. Away from the business of the main tourist sites but close enough to walk to everything and close to tram stops to get around the city and to/from the airport. Loved the vegan options for breakfast too.

The breakfast was very good, the hotel was quiet, and the room was very nice. It is in a good location. If you are parking, make sure you take note of the location in the email they send out. Parking is not on site, it is nearby but not a far walk at all. The location around the hotel is nice.

Location was great. Tram from airport stops less than 5 mins away. Waverley station & Princes street 5+ mins. Bus station 2 mins walk. Staff really helpful. Breakfast was extensive & well worth 8.99 for continental & 10.99 for cooked. 12.00 suited us for day we left. Would recommend & would stay here again

We booked this due to location. Easy walk for our needs but not everything was clean. The essentials such as the bed linens, bathtub, sink and toilet were good. There was coffee/tea stains on the wall by the kettle, the one bedside lamp was broken and a lot of chipped paint and furniture

The location is excellent; it's within walking distance of the bus stop, tram stop, shopping mall, and Scott Monument. There's a Tesco supermarket 50 meters away. The Wi-Fi is very good. The only thing is that the walls in the rooms need painting. The TV in the room doesn't have international channels; it would be great if they changed that.

Very comfortable beds and spacious room. The location is so perfect. You can walk anywhere from here. Also, it’s next to the tram and bus stations. Would highly recommend this hotel. Only problem we had was the toilet was not clean when we checked in. I alerted the front desk and they went right away and cleaned it for us.

The mattress was the worst I've ever experienced at a hotel. It was so thin and beaten up that my husband and I kept rollimg into the center of the bed. There was no support at all. It ruined my sleep and hurt my back. That overshadowed anything else about our stay.

Excellent hotel and staff. As soon as we arrived, an attendant greeted us, assisted us with storing our luggage and gave us so much great advice on areas to visit in Edinburgh. Our kids were disappointed when we checked out of our hotel as they loved it so much. Thank you for making our visit so comfortable!

This is a great economical option. Location was easily walkable to old town/Royal Mile and new town, Dean Village, etc. There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) but free breakfast was great. For those flying in overnight, the hotel will store your luggage until your room is ready.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating our early arrival which we very much appreciated. We had an issue with our room and the manager was not able to put us in a new room but went above and beyond to help us fix the problem. I chose the Premier Inn for its proximity to our tour departure. It is very conveniently located for walking around and sightseeing in old Edinburgh which we loved.
