Overall, my stay at the hotel last week was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and the service was smooth throughout. Nothing to really compline to, all in all a sufficient stay and room. If anything I had a office day in the room and put out the not disturb sign the entire day. Next day I was out during the day expecting room to be cleaned but nothing was done. I left after 3 nights and room was not touch during this which I find special. All in all not to bad.

The staff is not helpful. Even though the rooms were available, they charged us extra GBP 15 for an early check in. It was very clear that we wait for 2 hours or pay. Then they gave me a accessible room ( which i did not book ). Lastly we asked them to clean the room the following day, and they just made the bed. The floor was not vacuumed, no fresh towels were put.
