This is my spacious, traditional Victorian apartment in the centre of Edinburgh. It boasts fabulous views with the highest levels of comfort. The flat is situated on the top of Leith walk on the way to the city centre. The Apartment is located on Top of Montgomry street, this allows you a taste of both worlds; the green side of Edinburgh as well as the hustle and bustle that a large city provide. I love hosting my guests and try to make each stay memorable.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Edinburgh Playhouse Theatre. Laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and a TV are available in the apartment.

Awful experience. Do not stay here!!!

I had booked this property for my family of 6 & dog for two nights. I received confirmation of my booking and lock key code. Upon arrival at the property at 7pm, I come to find out that this property was double booked to someone else. The owner said that he could put me in another property (that did not have enough beds for my family) but that was the best that he could do. He did not offer any additional compensation for the huge inconvenience that this caused our family and ruined our time in Edinburgh. My husband and I were forced to find last minute accommodations to fit our needs (costing us more than three times as much as what we paid for this property $500 vs +$1500) since everything was sold out and/or not pet friendly. This experience was awful and I have been scarred from booking via VRBO. They did the bare minimum by refunding my booking cost, but nothing extra for the huge inconvenience and extra money we had to shell out for a place.
