Excellent staff — friendly and always willing to help. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the mini kitchenette was a fantastic bonus for a longer stay. The welcome drink was a lovely touch that made me feel instantly at home. Highly recommend!

Hotel staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. However, the room was absolutely tiny, two people couldn’t move around. The aircon was set on a central temperature and it was far too hot. For an almost £300/night stay, there was nothing extra to offer. Really bad value for money and regret it unfortunately.

The staff were brilliant from start to finish. Hotel in a great location/area - help with parking costs which is great in a city! Amazing view from our suite. Saw Edinburgh castle and even bit of the Xmas market. The issues were for the money we paid for the suite, the room is getting tired. The usual marks on the walls, especially where hangers are as well as pretty much every wall in the room, just scuff marks. You couldn’t have a bath in the suite we stayed in as the plug didn’t work in the tub but then in the sink you had to spend 5 minutes pressing it for it to pop up to drain the water. Cleaners go round between 1-3pm for those staying in the hotel which isn’t ideal for those who are early risers and like to come back to freshen up/make use of their balcony. Lovely hotel and complimentary drinks every night before dinner. But wouldn’t stay in the suite again, it’s just not worth it. If you’re staying in a standard room then 100% recommend but don’t recommend anything more than that unless the rooms had a bit of TLC! But all in all a solid hotel!

Quite easily my favourite hotel i have ever stayed in. Absokute luxury, comfort and cleanliness. I was lucky enough to nab an extremely cheap rate, which made my stay all the more fantastic. No complaints at all.
