Ailecek konakladık. Temizlik acisindan gercekten berbat bir hotel. Çarşaflarda leke bulunuyordu ve cekyatın her tarafı leke doluydu. Mecburen kalmamız gerekli olmasaydı ilk bakıştan sonra kaçardım. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem. Basit temizlik islemleri dahı yapılmamış gözüküyordu.

Hizmet kalitesi sorunlu

Edirne seyahatimiz sırasında 3 gece konaklama için Edrin otelini tercih ettik. Temizlik ve kahvaltı açısından iyi bir otel diyebiliriz. Fakat yaşanan bazı durumlar memnuniyetimizi ciddi oranda azalttı. Check out yapacağımız sırada Otelin asansörü arızalıydı. Valizlerin taşınması için yardım istememize rağmen personel yetersizliği nedeniyle yardım edemeyeceklerini söylediler. Fakat girişte valizlerin taşınmasında yardım etmişlerdi. 4 kat valizleri güç bela taşıdıktan sonra resepsiyonda iki görevlinin boş boş sohbet ediyor olmalarını görmemiz hoş olmadı.

Hijyen ve temizlik 1. öncelik olmalı

Hotele konumu ve 8 üzeri puanı nedeniyle rezervasyon oluşturduk ama geldiğimizde bu puanın fazlasıyla altında standartta bir yer olduğunu bizzat deneyimledik. Temizlik ve hijyen konuları özellikle geçirdiğimiz pandemi sürecinde ekstra önem kazanmışken, yatak üzerinde ve odanın çeşitli yerlerinde kılların olması kabul edilemez bir durum. Oda değişikliğimizi sağlayan Okay bey e ilgisinden ötürü teşekkür ederiz fakat ikinci odada da yine aynı sıkıntılar mevcuttu. Boyut ve kullanım alanı açısından tatmin edici olsa da oda içerisinde ihtiyaç kadar amenity bulunmuyor. 1 adet tuvalet kağıdı ve 1 adet sabunun haricinde başka bir şey yok. Geceliği 750 TL olan hotel gibi bir standart aramasam da, asgari ölçüde standartlarının karşılanmasını beklerdim.

Location is excellent, downtown. The largest mosque can be seen from room, which is great. Open view. But it'd be better if beddings are more comfy. They combine two single beds as one king bed. Bathroom sink too small.
