Make yourself at home in this brilliant 3-bedroom Edisto Beach retreat. With 1 king bed in master bedroom, 1 full bed and twin daybed in bedroom 2, and twin bunks along with a single bed in bedroom 3. There is a sofa bed located in the sunroom for added sleeping space. This house offers a phenomenal space for guests to relax with lower level screened porch, outdoor shower, and fenced back yard. Enjoy an updated hvac unit , 2 full baths with tub/ shower, and hair dryers, towels and linens provided. A short 4 minute walk to direct beach access # 12. A golf cart is also onsite for convenience, but not guaranteed ( there is always a chance an issue could require maintenance). We think our place will help you experience everything Edisto Beach has to offer. Minimum age for rentals of this property is 25. Absolutely NO SMOKING! Small dog allowed with an added small pet fee .

We had a great stay at Only Young Once in Edisto Beach! The house was clean and comfortable, and the provided golf cart made getting to the beach (and hauling our gear) super easy. The owner was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Beach Week

House was perfect for my family! My kids are all grown and our family friends have a 1 year old. House is updated, clean, well maintained, plenty of sleeping options, and the gold cart was a very nice bonus! Location was perfect! It was a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. We had a really wonderful and memorable time and will stay here again!

The location was great! It is a short walk to the beach. The home needs some upgrades and better cleaning services. So much food was left in the frig and freezer, it was as if someone was living there. The host was really friendly.

Perfect Edisto Beach House

We love Edisto and had a great stay, loved the house. Andrea was a great host and communicated throughout the stay. The location was perfect and an easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The back yard is fenced which was easy to let our dog out We would love to stay again
