The property is in an amazing location. Exactly where we needed, close to the university. The space was clean and nicely decorated. It is a basement suite and there is no sound proofing between the main floor so you hear everything. If you are a light sleeper you won’t get much sleep if someone is staying on the main floor. I would also encourage the owner to do something with the back yard. Has weeds unkept and it’s dark at night to try to get to your vehicle. A few solar lights along the path or something would help from tripping. But overall it was what we needed and like I said the space and location was great for a short stay with limited sleep.
