Nice clean and comfy hotel. Lovely big rooms and big shower. Walking distance to West Edmonton Mall. Breakfast was mediocre but staff were very friendly. Would stay again :)

Front desk staff said we could park somewhere but then another worker called us earlier than we needed to be up in the morning to tell us we couldn’t park at that spot. We moved the vehicle then of course when we checked out we see another vehicle in that exact spot we had to move from.

Property was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Room came with fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher which was a great surprise. Continental Breakfast offering cereal, muffins, toast, eggs, bacon (it was basic but everything was fresh and food was hot). West Ed mall right across the street. Would recommend and would return to this hotel.

The two things I could be picky about was the tap function to access the underground parking, you had to open the car door to reach the tap pad, and the underground parking was too hot. It was around 22 degrees celcius, the windows, and side mirrors of the car fogged up when we entering, making it very difficult to back into a parking spot.

Room was very spacious and clean.. Two bedroom suite with king beds and t.v.'s in each room. Washroom for each room. Living room area with couch and big size t.v. Fridge, table and chairs, microwave. Continental breakfast available each morning. Coffee readily available throughout the day. Staff was very kind and helpful. Laundry facilities available for use. Enjoyed being able to walk to the mall as it is very close proximety. Highly recommend staying here, this hotel served our family trip very well.

It’s very close to the Edmonton Mall. I booked a room with 1 king and 1 queen bed. It was fairly big room with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a sink. The property smells great all the time. Underground parking was absolutely bonus for the winter. Hot Breakfast was good. I definitely enjoyed our 3 days stay at this hotel. We connected our Netflix to the smart tv and enjoyed watching our favourite movies and shows. Overall we loved everything
