The property was ok. The beds were comfortable. There was some updates done. We stayed in the family room which was great but they could update the twin beds to be more comfortable, and they could put an actual door on not a glass one that had glass missing and is a hazard to the kids. The pillows were not great and needed to be replaced. The breakfast only ran 2 hours and didn't start until 7:00 which most athletes were leaving by then. They also need to update so you can plug in your chargeable things. The elevators were super slow. There was no hot tub either. The staff was nice and the property was clean. I feel like they are putting new furniture in because there was boxes everywhere on the main floor but not sure, maybe should advertise it.

Horrible stay

Booked a pet friendly room for 3 nights. When I arrived at the property they could only give me 1 night! Dog pee on the bed skirt, front doors didn’t work and my husband was locked out and nobody answered the phone. We had no heat all night and when we called down they brought us an oscillating heater to heat the room. Absolutely nowhere for the animals to relieve themselves.

Despite the renovations, the onsite restaurant has trading hours on display. Returning the evening to the hotel, we decided that we would dine onsite, only to find that the restaurant had 'closed' earlier as there were not many patrons. Furthermore, when we then decided to order in, the hotel could not offer us any form of cutlery as the hotel does not keep any, and only the restaurant can supply that. It was a very inconvenient experience, that resulted in us having to drive to go and buy cutlery.
