The staff is friendly. This hotel is usually clean however the children’s hockey team has put boot prints on elevator buttons and chicken strips throughout the pool area. Not the hotel’s fault.

Comfortable but needs a little maintenance

Comfortable and convenient for our needs. My son enjoyed the pool. My only negatives were that it was a bit worn and it wasn’t quite as clean as I would have liked. There was a big red stain on the carpet in my room which my son insisted was blood (I hope not), lots of dried pee on the base of the toilet and the pool seemed clean, however the water slide stairs were full of dust/mud and dead bugs. Overall though, it was comfortable and the bed seemed clean.

Excellent Location for event at Silent Ice Center.

The hotel was conveniently located near the silent ice centre in Leduc County at Nisku. The property is located right next to Royal Pizza, which has great food. The hot tub although hot did not have jets working. The parking was hard because people didn’t know how to park and several vehicles took two spots they might want to consider towing improperly parked vehicles. Thank you.

This property is in a good location, very close to two ding areas, like you go to the hotel's kitchen, though, about 20 m outdoor walk needed for both. The rest, like amenities, the rooms, swimming pool are at usual very good standards of Best Westrn Plus. We return there everytime we need to stay for my son's weekend away sports game. Once I left my earphone in the bed, and it was located by the staff, after we phoned them 2 days after I lost it, and we got it in two weeks, when we returned to the hotel again. Highly recommended.
