Overall our experience was very good, however we did notice that each night there was some noise in the hallways and people walking upstairs. At one point I woke up at 4am to get ready for my flight and there was a girl walking in the hallway, couple men laughing loudly in their room. We had trouble checking in - I said I'd be waiting in the eating area to hear when our room was ready - no one came to tell us. We sat there for over an hour. I had to get up and go back to the desk, and it was a new person there. Then we kept having trouble with our tv not changing channels, not turning off, we tried new batteries twice - as that's what we were told. It was a little crazy considering the price.

Loved that the guest rooms had NO carpet!!!! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were very accommodating to dietary needs (gluten free). There was a coffee machine in the lobby that made delicious drinks, unfortunately it broke on the second day of our stay. Hot tub was only lukewarm, but the kids enjoyed the pool facilities.
