Unfortunately No Hot Tub

Stayed for a worship conference in Spruce Grove. Would have been better if the hot tub was in working order. Restaurant on site was nice.

No pillows for you!

Average hotel. We book the family suite there every January for our daughters birthday's(both born in January). Kids take the room with 2 beds, me and my wife take the pull out. As there was only 1 extra pillow in the dresser, I went to the front desk to ask for a couple more. Was told no which kinda left me speechless. Was told it was the house keeping managers policy. Whats in the room is enough. Spend $250 a night....cant even get an extra pillow!

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and always enjoy ourselves! The pool is very kid friendly which makes it the best when we travel with our children! Lots of options in the breakfast too! My youngest calls this the mushroom hotel because of the little splash park mushroom in the pool but it’s his favourite thing and the water slide! We will be back many more times
