Will stay again!

Great location for the price. Can see rogers place from the hotel. The washrooms have a badet toilet, first time ever using one, so super clean as well. Does not have free breakfast but you can pay for one in the restaurant. They have parking located besude building for $25 a night, bad thing us if you need a luggage cart you need the do it before you park, as the parking only has stairs back into lobby. Lovely place, will definitely stay again! 👌

My stay was not good or bad. We only stayed for one night but parking was crazy $25 for one night so if you plan on staying for a longer period of time uber or cab would be best. As we were gathering our belongings to leave I picked up a sock I thought belonged to my friend, nope it was some dirty random sock that must have been there since before we checked in. The pool was not nearly as nice as in the photos with the paint peeling off the walls in the steam room and just overall not as nice as we were expecting. Staff was nice but overall I probably wouldn’t stay again.

The service and quality of food at Preston's (in-hotel restaurant) was very good. I had 3 breakfasts and 4 dinners during my 8-night stay. A special shout-out to Mia. The area surrounding the hotel is a little run down, with some construction happening, but I enjoyed a nice view of Edmonton looking west from my room on the 18th floor. I will stay at the Coast Plaza on my next visit and hope to swim in the pool.

For an older building, the rooms were nicely upgraded and clean. There was a bidet which was a nice surprise, but it emitted an odd smell when it was in use. Parking in the parkade was convenient until it was full, then parking was tricky, especially being across the street from a stripclub.
