From the time I got there, staff there every step from parking, coming through back door there was a guy holding door so I could come that way instead of going all the way around. A/C issue and they had a guy there 5 min after I checked in to solve issue. Front desk staff very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Thanks for making our stay so great. We will return if attending another Roger’s event 100%

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They replaced my fridge when I mentioned it was leaking water, always asked if I needed anything. Hotel is conveniently located by train and bus, though many things are walking distance.

I really love staying at Comfort Inn & Suites in Edmonton. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly, and the hotel is always very clean and well maintained. This isn’t my first time booking here every time I stay, I truly feel at home. That’s why I always choose this hotel whenever I come to Edmonton. Staff were absolutely amazing. Friendly, full of info, and made it easy to get a second room last minute for our friends also later in the night. Location and parking are easy, and a nice 10 minute walk from Roger’s place.
