Not too much “Comfort” in this Inn.

Desk clerk was very helpful to accommodate my allergy to pet issues. Although the room was clean, that’s where the good stops. You can hear very clearly the voices and tv of the next room (through the wall). The mattress! OMG! It was horrible! Lumpy, bumpy and hard. Even the mattress pad on top did not help. If you’re going for “comfort”, this is NOT the place! You definitely get what you pay for!

Front desk staff was nice. Room was a bit below average. Bed was uncomfortable (creaky and could feel the springs). Fridge was turned off upon arrival. We had to turn it on and wait for it to cool. Microwave shut off in the middle of heating. Had to unplug everything and only run the microwave. Electrical outlets were insufficient to run both the microwave and mini fridge. Shower had 2 bottles of conditioner only, no shampoo. TV was good. Room size was spacious. Overall, place is ok enough for one night but wouldn't want to stay longer.

When we arrived we couldnt even see the hotel name which is infront of the Taste of Persia restaurant and not on top of the building. We had to go in and ask her if it was Comfort Inn or not. The receptionist didnt know how to communicate. She asked for my ID when I ask her if she needs to keep it she says yes and than I tell her other hotels dont keep it and than she says no, we dont keep it. Also didnt mention where all the Comfort Inn parking was. Cause we got back from our outing late and came back to the front parking lot being all full and than we decided to check the side of the buildings back where there was tons of parking so we parked there. The room was cold not heated. The black tissue box on the sink counter was already broken why are broken tissue box there in the first place. And the heater or fan keep going on and off in the room. The worst part was at night when the snow cleaners came and made noise for about 4 hours.. we hardly slept. Worse experience ever in a hotel. Please do better.
