Great place to stay! Beautiful views

This hotel was amazing! So helpful whenever I had questions. Valet parking was so convenient. I would stay here and recommend to anyone who is looking for a great location downtown Edmonton. The restaurant was great we ate later in the evening but they had great options as well as delicious drinks!

The beds were not very comfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Parking was an extra $45 per car, which felt excessive. For the extreme price of the stay, the value just wasn’t there.

There was a public parking lot next to the hotel and the hotel staff tried to get us to pay for the parking through them instead of just paying through the machine yet they wanted to charge double the price. You couldn’t just park without getting almost harassed by staff to pay through them. Seemed very unethical to us to do this.

I believe that the hotel should provide free parking and needs to have a microwave in the rooms. The coffee machine definitely needed some cleaning. Personally there are other hotels that provide a lot more amenities.
