The staff is good and friendly. However, there is no kettle or microwave, which is really inconvenient. We only received three bottles of water for a three-day, two-night stay. When I asked for more, I was told that only three bottles are included as complimentary. For a price of over 200 per night, breakfast is limited to an à la carte menu—not a buffet.

This hotel had nice staff and lots of free parking. The downside was cigarette smoke in the stairwell and dark rooms. The room and bathroom were very dark so the lighting needs undating. A few other amenities need improving as well like the quality of the toilet paper and soap and shampoo. There was no indication it was organic or cruelty free vegan.

The rooms are very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was the luggage carts they only have two carts for the whole building. None were available when I was checking in and checking out.
