If you are looking for "Home Away from Home" you found your place to stay, very well stocked kitchen and amenities, fully furnished. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen, a beautifully furnished living room, and a cozy bathroom. The condo is situated on the 2nd floor, facing East, allowing you to bask in the gentle morning sunlight on the large balcony.
This is an exceptional place for both working professionals and travelers alike. Within walking distance, you'll find Rogers Place, Grant MacEwan University, the Royal Alberta Museum, the LRT station, and the vibrant Downtown area. And for your convenience, a variety of restaurants and grocery stores are located right next to the condo building, ensuring that all your needs are met.

While we strive to provide a comfortable environment within the condo and building, it's important to note that we cannot control the surroundings outside. As downtown areas may occasionally have transient and vulnerable individuals, we encourage you to practice street smarts and keep valuables out of sight. Edmonton is a safe city, but as with any large city, it's always wise to travel smart and utilize services like taxis or Uber, especially when staying out late or traveling alone.
