The first room I had on the 2nd floor sounded like someone above my room let the water out of the tub. It was so loud. I moved to another room on the 3rd floor. It was extremely hot and the cooling system was not working. Room number 3: this was an "upgraded room". It was only satisfactory and i just accepted it as it was now late and I was tired. I found a few things such as it has green painters tape over the light switch that controls the bedside wall lights. Their solution, loosen the bulbs! I had to manually tighten the bulb for light at the bedside. Not sure if this is a safety/ fire hazard or not. Also, no hairdryer in last room. Didn't get that far to check in the first 2 rooms. The TV's in all 3 rooms are mounted so high, you would have to recline to watch them. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful through all of this. However, I would not recommend this hotel. They need a serious renovation here.
