We were given a room with a barking dog beside and were scolded when we requested a different room. The next room had 3 melted blizzards and several full cups of pop left in the mini fridge. There was a large hair ball in the sheets of our bed, and the breakfast was cold at 6:00 a.m. before we checked out. We couldn't open the window because it was broken, and the toilet didn't flush properly. When we asked for an extra blanket, we were told we could only have one and had to come down to the front desk to get it. To be fair the hotel was very busy but this is nowhere near customer service!

Half of our ball team usually stays here for local ball tournaments at least 8 rooms booked by our team, 2-3 tournaments a summer for the last 5 years. The staff are great, rooms are clean, shuttle service for those flying in. This time, we were all a little frustrated as the rates were all over the place for each of us, ranging from 105-150 a night for the same type of room, the ice machines were all broken, elevator was super slow, hot tub wasn't working and breakfast was so, so. Even with these frustrations, we actually tried to rebook rooms for a tournament 2 weeks later, again 8 of us, and the rates were starting at 179.00 a night all because Morgan Wallen is performing in Edmonton. 5 years of loyal customers means nothing.
