As this stay was an overnight stay for an early flight departure, I did not have any time to use any of the amenities. The room certainly met my needs: quiet, roomy, very clean and a great bed. Surprisingly, breakfast was available from 5:00 am which was perfect for my schedule. The available food was nutritious and varied.,providing a great start to my day.

Rooms are always nice. The elevator was broken, so they moved us from the fourth floor to the third. We are fortunate to be mobile! They used to let folks park there if you were taking a flight somewhere and staying when you returned, so we were very surprised when they told us they dont do that anymore. We were in a bit of a panic to get parking to catch our flight. It would have been good if we were given a heads up when we made the reservation.

The Room was very neglected. One of the telephones didn’t work when I needed a wake up call. There was a new blow dryer on the counter, but not installed on the wall as the other one must’ve been broken, but still attached to the wall. The carpet was disgustingly filthy, and the pool was freezing cold, the hot tub was out of order. I tried to Let my granddaughter swim for a bit, but it was too cold and we had to get out after 10 minutes
