We had a wonderful stay at Days Inn Edmonton West! The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was awesome with a good variety to start the day. We also loved having Aliment Restaurant right next door, the food there was excellent. The pool was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of towels available, which made swimming so much easier. A nice touch was the complimentary coffee and tea for guests, plus slushies for the kids, such a thoughtful detail! Overall, a great stay and we would happily come back again.

Excellent water pressure, bed was comfortable. Slushy machine was popular with the kids. Lobby smelled like leaking sewage masked by industrial deodorizer. There were a few unsavory, unhoused people floating around the parking lot. Didn’t feel very safe.

Loved the flooring because it’s not carpet and the mini golf in the lobby is a great idea. When looking up direction in google maps it brings you a mile north of the hotel

Breakfast was good, always fresh and good selection. Was hoping for pancakes or hot chocolate for the kids. We stayed in a second floor room and noise level above us was quite loud. You can hear quite a bit. Staff was friendly and fulfilled any requests (ie: extra towels and blanket). Overall a nice place to stay and close to the mall and a lot of other restaurants and places to shop.

Great staff at the front desk. Helpful, friendly, appreciative of my family’s situation / needs. Close to West Edm Mall. Uber was 8-11 bucks away. Hotel has lots of parking if you have a vehicle. My kiddos enjoyed the mini golf and pool area.
