The staff was awesome. The beds were not very comfortable and the tv was smaller than what you can find at a super 8. aesthetically it was beautiful, we wish the bar had better food. the staff were very accommodating, helped us with anything we needed. huge thanks to the staff for giving us a major break with pet fees, during an emergency situation with our landlord. the 2 gentleman that checked us in were very kind… the type of people i’d sit down and have a beer or two with (& i barely drink)

No soap in room for bathroom, one of the rooms smelled. Hallway was not well litand most frustrating was the pool way closed for maintenance and hot tub was being filled. Why could that not be serviced before pool hours. Won't be booking in the future.

Clean, nice staff and wonderful therapeutic tub. I saw that your website was promoting 20% off after i booked. I also paid extra i think because i booked you by using expedia app. I found everything really convenient and i did not have a chance to use the pool, hot tub and steam Room but i will definitely be back. Your hotel was out of my way but i really appreciated the amenities.

This hotel was great, the staff were nice, the pool closed later than most hotels (11pm), and their reception area looked great. My son loved the hot tub in the pool area. Very relaxing. Breakfast was good, the pork sausages was yummy but they did take a bit to restock the food, but they made it up for their food being delicious. The room was clean, but it did stink both the room and the bathroom. Our room carpet in particular did have what we assume was cigarrate burns. There were only two big towels provided in the room, so if you have more than two people make sure to request for more.
