Quiet hotel

So the hotel is failry nice probably the worst pillows ive ever seen in my entire life actually had to go and buy my own pillows they were so bad. Service wasn't the greatest but not horrible its not a busy hotel so thats nice. Worst thing about our room was the tv didnt work. Free breakfast is nice but dont expect to much. Room was nice and big and clean however.

The hotel itself was fairly nice and well kept, But the pool area was disgusting. The night we arrived there were so many children in the pool/hot tub and steam room that we didn't even want to use the facility. The next morning we went down and the place looked like a tornado had gone through it and no one had cleaned up after. The water was disgusting and murky, and there was hair everywhere. The daily logs on water testing and treating were not done either so we decided not to use it at all

The property is nice and easy parking, staff was nice and helpful, the room furniture was a little run down but nothing major but they didn’t have a lot of easy access to plugins or any charging stations. Overall it was a good stay and it was clean Water pressure sucked but most hotels do

The hotel hot tub didn’t work, the breakfast included was hot or miss as they ran out of things each day. We stayed for 6 nights and were harassed by Alberta youth team parents. After being attacked in the hallway by a team dad, I went to the staff and asked for help. We felt unsafe. The staff suggested “maybe try the manager tomorrow” as he wasn’t working that day. so we spent the next day inside the room as we didn’t want to be approached again in the hall by other guests. They allowed the teams to terrorize other swimmers in the pool despite the complaints from Other guests. I will never stay here again, and will not recommend anyone else does. Guests shouldn’t be having to defend themselves while Safely inside the hotel! The staff couldn’t have cared less. We had a room with 4 guests, they would provide us one towel and one face cloth for 4. It was so noisy as they allowed guests to run the halls. And the cleaning staff woke us up almost every morning by entering the room. That was the common complaint by other guests every morning in the breakfast room.

Hotel looked nice. Enjoyed having the restaurant. But multiple people would leave their dogs unattended in their rooms so they would bark for hours! The pool was nice but very busy. The hot tub wasn’t always hot. Didn’t feel comfortable letting any of my children or teens go anywhere without an adult as there was a few creepy men and drunk men walking around.
