Front Desk staff were friendly. Hotel had a weird smell, breakfast wasn't the greatest and the staff at the breakfast counter were not the friendliest, pool area was not stocked with towels and when we asked for towels no one came with any, rooms were small but ok.

This property is clean and staff wass attentive, however the property is on the "tired" side and probably due for some updates. Rooms were clean and beds were decent- hallways a bit dim in my opinion. Breakfast was decent- scrambled eggs, sausages, beans, hashbrowns, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, juices, toast. Could have been more fruit selections- as just apples were offered but they were fresh. No pancakes or waffles. So a respectable stay, but the facikity seemed dated.

Overall a decent visit but the bathtub/shower felt small as it curved inwards and was slippery. Breakfast food was okay but not great, could be better. Carpet in the breakfast banquet room has a rip on the floor that needs to be repaired to prevent an accident of tripping. The room was overall good, spacious, private and cozy and what came with it was excellent.

The privacy of the rooms, the size and options in the rooms as well as the comfortable bed made this stay good! It has recently been purchased from Radisson and they are in a traditional phase. They’ve added breakfast included which was a regular hot breakfast. The only downside was the cleanliness of the common areas, hallways, windows, fitness centre, but it also seemed they were understaffed so may be a clean what you can with what you have phase. The rooms were clean. I would stay here again for sure.

The hotel needs some maintenance work, the room we had advertised kitchenette however there were no dishes, cutlery etc. We call the front desk and they brought cutlery and plates for two. Overall a good deal, staff were pleasant.
