Long waits for elevators. There was construction in the room above us and we were unable to rest during the day because of it. When we called the front desk to inquire about moving rooms we were ignored. We have been staying here for 20 years and the experience has been getting worse and worse. We will not be staying there anymore. At $300 per night we can easily stay nearby and take an uber.

For the price, you sure dont get much. We also had issues with our room being very loud. We were in room 1120 and it was right by the elevstors and at all ours there was workers with carts coming out of the elevator. Would not recommend for the price (over $1k) for 2 nights.

Meet up with Family

The Room we had was so spacious and nice comfy chairs and a small table to have a glass of wine at before bed. The hotel and our room is dated. We did have bars in the tub but I had asked for a walk in shower, the tub was too deep for him to get over the edge to Shower. Not sure how that would work for anyone that has mobility issues. The other negative was that we were there for 3 nights and never received clean wine glasses or glasses. Maybe I needed ask at the front desk.

An employee took a creepshot of me in the elevator as I was carrying my belongings up to the room. I reported it to a supervisor, who promised an investigation, but they never did that, nor did they get back to me about it. Room had trash leftover from the previous occupant. There was dried blood on the bathroom ceiling (gross!). No parking available, so you have to pay $50 for the valet. It's a ripoff, but everyone already knows that.
