We arrived and prior to arriving we had a notice that there were two guest registered with same name! This was taken care of before even arriving so we thought! Upon arrival and checking in they claimed we had two rooms booked and we had to go through quite the process again to prove we only had the one booking and so on. Finally, after 20 mins we got our room keys and upon arrival to our room we encountered a foul smell in the room but after the 20 mins at the front we weren’t about to go back to front desk! We left for the evening and came back to hotel and choose to use valet parking. Due our truck being a classic my husband wanted to park in the valet section himself but was told that isn’t an option they have to park so we agreed. We went to our room and then about 30 minutes later our phone went off showing the air tag went we have in the truck moving along 178st! Time my husband gotten dressed to go downstairs the tag showed the truck pulling into the underground/valet parking. Clear someone looped around instead of parking the truck immediately. Overall- for the price of the room in this hotel it’s definitely not worth the stay.

We had a great time during a busy season. The hotel staff were accomodating and the room was clean. We will definitely come back. The best part of the stay is that it is walking distance from the mall. It couldn't get any better.

The staff is amazing, they pay attention to details, they make sure that everything is perfect. For some reason I meet the manager and he is a well-educated person with nice manners and also has a team that helps him make sure that the whole operation goes smoothly. The dinning options are great, all kind of restaurants, even there's a water park in the area. The parking is safe and even that there's construction in front of the hotel, couldn't hear any noise. Definitely a place to go back.

This was our annual family trip, last year was great, room was clean, everything worked (such as the waterfall in the jacuzzi etc.), so this year we booked 2 nights instead of just the 1 since the kids had so much fun. This year, it is apparent that things have gone down hill. Last year I wrote a raving review of the kids cheese pasta room service, this year it was obviously made by someone else and seperated. Overall room service food was mediocre and overpriced. This year the jacuzzi tub waterfall (Polynesian room) only worked when adding water, jets barely worked at all and did not fill waterfall. Our biggest problem though was the state of the room. I think it was given a surface clean, but was absolutely nasty. Floor was sticky, filth in the corners, around mattress, under beds. My kid dropped a lego piece under the side bench of the bed, I reached under and came out with a half eaten potato chip. My wife kept complaining that it smelled like someone had been cooking curry in the room, and overall we were just disgusted by the filth (I did check for bed bugs, luckily no evidence of those). Concierge and front desk staff was great, no complaints there, just room upkeep and cleanliness. Sadly we will not be returning to Fantasyland Hotel, the kids love it, but the room was just too gross, especially for close to $400 per night it's just unacceptable.

I didn't like that one of the white blankets was dirty at the end of it. When you shower, it didn't drain properly and also should up grade the shower head to one of those that have the shower head in your hands, especially for the kids. And should have 2 sinks, one for the adults and one for the kids. The sink was too low. Maybe upgrade the washrooms.
