We always stay at this hotel but there are a couple of things we dislike. First they have a no cancellation policy unless you pay for it. Things happen and sometimes may need to cancel. Not many other hotels in Edmonton do it. That is a pet peeve of mine. The second thing is breakfast. I wish they did a made to prefer breakfast as well or in place of the buffet. The buffet is basic and usually cold. I know they have warmers but just works in the middle of the pan
