    Basement suite was very clean. Good use of the space. Great to have laundry and full ironing board right in suite. You can hear the family upstairs and the occasional child crying or calling out. Normal noises for a family above but just so you’re aware there are young kids upstairs. I never heard nighttime crying though, just regular daytime noises.Host was very good and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. An all-around good stay.

    We had a great stay at this location. We did not realize it was a basement suite so we weren’t aware to go around the side door and delayed our entry a little. But for a basement sweet it was very spacious, not loud at all. Very private. If you are counting on the fouton being another bed it is very small and would only accommodate a small child. Kitchen was clean and had everything you would need. Host was very responsive for our minor needs. Overall a great bang for your buck! We would stay again for sure.
