My bed had some old lumpy pillows on it, there was a random second fridge just sitting on the floor, in the morning I went to shower and the shower head popped apart and only sprayed out of partial holes and then when I went to dry off my towel had what looked like dried blood on it.

Gym was great. The quality of the hot food for breakfast was not great but there were a lot of continental options. Close to South Edmonton Commons and the shopping there was amazing.

All was excellent with the exception of the TV services. Thus the 4 star rating. The channel guide was not accurate. Even the updated printed one from the front desk was also not accurate. A lot of channels (even main local channels) were not working and in addition a lot of channels were not even HD. The TV experience was like a 2000 experience. :( :( :(

I expect more for the money we pay.

This stay was okay. The room was clean and the bed comfy. Outside parking lot could use a clean up. The hot breakfast was lacking, the egg is aweful, sausages, back bacon and hash browns were terribly dry. One morning there were so many people in the breakfast area acting like vultures and no place to sit we just left. I have found over the last two years the rooms for cleanliness and the breakfast has been hit or miss. Absolutely no consistency.

It is handy to our family and is handy from incoming highways. We wish the margarine/butter at the breakfast wasn't so hard. Way too difficult to spread that rock onto a muffin, toast or pancake.
