The beds are super hard, pillows are small and deflated, the beds are twin but claim to be “queen” and to top it off one of the beds had blood on the sheets & blanket and then some other bloody fluid on another part of the bed. The amount I paid for this room was ridiculous. Def do not recommend!

Hotel was relatively inexpensive, but I could see why. Breakfast was disappointing, and not having an ATM on site was frustrating. The vending machines only accept cash, and i had to go to the hotel next door to find an ATM. Most pet friendly hotels have charged us $25 per night for a pet fee. This one was almost $40.

Ok place.

Check-in was fast and easy. Room was spacious but had an odd odour. We left for a few hours and when we returned the smell had lessened but still lingered. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was so-so, they offered sausages, scrambled eggs, toast, etc. take note that the hotel is very close to the railway tracks. Trains pass through regularly and it can get loud at times.

We book through hotels .com. It seems that the least popular rooms go to Hotels.com customers. is this a thing? Unless we complain, we get the room: beside the elevator, beside the pop mor ice machine, this time we got the room beside the linen closet facing highway 2. At six AM it sounded like our whole floor was checking out at the same time. Here it was staff in the linen closet. Hotels.com customers are customers, period. If there is a "thing" for assigning rooms to hotels.com consumers, stop it.

When we arrived in the room, seems ok. Woke up in the morning and we found a water bottle near the edge of bed that looked as if there was pee in it. Totally disgusting. Also I have long hair that is thick and the shower was awful. The worst I’ve ever used. By the time the water hits your head nothing to make the rest of body wet. The hotel seemed u interested in compensating for the pee bottle in the room. Totally unacceptable!!
