The rooms are clean, we stayed in a suite and noticed that the couch had a big rip on the top. The Pool seemed to have extremely high amount of cholerine in it, so be aware of that when swimming. Breakfast options for warm food aren't great, but overall decent. We stay here once a year because of the cleanliness and location.

Great place to stay

It was a wonderful stay. The staff were amazing, especially Lily! The only thing we didn't love was the beds, but that would be a personal preference. The room worked really well for us and our 1 year old.

his is a typical Hampton, no surprise here, but when did daily maid service disappear? I was told that they offered maid service every other day? Well my stay was for 3 nights so that meant one service? I don't know about the rest of you but for me one of the things I've always liked about a hotel stay was to return to my room and find the bed made and clean towels in the bathroom. I'm not impressed by this change.

Great Experience!

First impression- its esthetically pleasing when you walk through the door. The decor is modern, the carpet was of a wonderful multi coloured striped like print, not too bright and definitely not old fashioned. The hotel was clean, I typically don't like hotels because they never appeared to be cleaned properly, but this one was very clean, and I felt comfortable. There was no musty odour, plus again. Staff was cordial which is a plus again.

The ladies at the front desk were really great to deal with, always pleasant and on top of things! Room was clean and comfortable. Aaaand free parking which is always a plus! I've stayed at this location a couple of times now. When im traveling to a big city, I want to find that hotel that is simple, reasonably priced and clean. This Hampton, checks all of those boxes.

Good stay as usual. Good breakfast. Close to the West Edmonton Mall. Kid enjoyed the pool with water fall playing area. The water was a bit cold though.
