It was ok but to be honest, I am looking for a new “go to” hotel for my trips to the city. I was not notified that the pool was out of order when I booked or when I arrived. I was also not made aware that housekeeping does not replenish towels etc. daily. Yes I eventually noticed the sticker on the mirror that says this but it was after arriving back to my hotel after a long day and not having clean towels. When I went to speak to the desk, she seemed annoyed with me. Mind you, she was dealing with multiple noise complaints from the hockey team on the third floor. When I informed her about the loud partying/fighting on my floor (5) she didn’t seem to care much. My elderly mother was covered in freshly chewed bubble gum that was left in the elevator, again, the desk didn’t seem to care much. When I responded to the text asking me how satisfied I was, I answered with a 2 and said I was very disappointed. Her response was “sorry to hear that” and that was it. No question of how she could make it better. I was surprised and disappointed as we have always enjoyed this Hampton.

We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the bed was very firm. We both woke up every morning with a very sore back. It’s unfortunate as everything else was great! Very clean, friendly staff and great breakfast! Also pool area was under Reno which was unfortunate as well.

Hotel was good over all. Super disappointing to find out once we arrived the pool and whirlpool were shut down. We were allowed to use another hotels pool but it was cold and with the time we had we didn’t want to have to walk there in the cold. Super disappointing for our family. Wish they had let us know before we booked and not when we arrived.
