No place to park my truck and horse trailer. Breakfast was short staffed and the one individual was literally running to keep food and beverages stocked, which she was falling far behind on with the overcrowded room of people she was trying to kerp up with. You need to hire more staff. The cleaning lady was awesome, room was nice and clean and your soap and hand lotion were scented beautifully.

Staff at the hotel were fantastic. The hotel itself did not live up to our expectations. It is showing its age. In particular, the “Business Center” consists of two desks and two chairs, no computer, no printer. The carpets in the hallways and rooms were very worn. The bathroom accessibility consisted of 1 bar in the bathtub, no bars at either end to help getting into the tub or out. Thankfully, there were bars around the toilet. Normally any Hilton brand property is much better than this one. Unfortunately we are not likely to stay at this property again. However we will continue to choose to stay at Hilton properties.

Check-in was horrible. I booked the room through Hotels.com but I then needed to change my check-in date and the hotel agreed to the change through Hotels.com. When I arrived they didn't have a booking on file and still had my old booking as a no show. It took an hour to clear up and was midnight, not impressed at all. Bathrooms need updating/attention. Bed was comfortable.

I loved the room: spacious, comfortable bed, cleanliness, and all the necessary amenities made my stay comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and a pleasant atmosphere. A wonderful place that I highly recommend!
