They show you a nice Hotel front picture and a nice lobby, but the truth is the opposite. Air conditioning in the room wasn’t working, they had to put a fan in the room to keep a little cooler. The small room refrigerator was barely cool, not even keeping things like drinks etc. fresh for the kids. Furniture in room all old and scratched up. I surely wish I did a little more research when ordering through Expedia! I will use the Marriott hotels again. I’m sorry, but when you spend money and you travel from a long distance, You hope you and your family are going to be okay and well accommodated!

The staff from reception, plumber to kitchen staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I mentioned my tub was not draining wel and Alex (plumber) came up immediately. Very friendly. He even brought up extra pillows at our request. Dining room attendant (male -can’t remember his name) was very kind and friendly. Only down side was the carpet looks a bit old and the dining room had leather chairs that were peing. It would be nice to replace those. Otherwise, the stay there was pleasant.

Good but small

The bed was nice, the room was nice though a little high for my duration by cost on average, the breakfast and lunches at the lobby restaurants are good but small, the pool is smaller then images suggest though i mostly used the hot tub anyway. A good enough experience to get a higher mark but not an excellent stay
