Our stay was great! Beds were comfy, hot tub was hot although not very bubbly. Breakfast was always hot and fresh and the workers were pleasant and friendly

They advertised $5 off of WEM's galaxyland and/or world water park. Theb we found out we got overprized for $20. We talked to them and we're basically told to just suck it up bcoz we booked from expedia but the tickets were sold by them. There own system is flawed and ignorant complaint management does not help.

Pretty dirty

We had a good time besides the cleanliness of the room. Out Jacuzzi, which we payed extra for wouldn't hold water and there was a layer of scum around the jacuzzi. As well as that the walls of the room had stains and I could a blonde hair in the bed. Besides that service was friendly although we were not offered any compensation for the condition of the room

We had a good, normal stay. Parking in the underground was much calmer. The one thing we didn’t like was that our hotel stay receipt was left taped to the door. It had my name and some info on it for anyone to read and know who was in the room. As a woman, I did not like that.
