We booked through Expedia and showed up and there was no reservation for us , we had both the itinerary and confirmation numbers and a paid receipt but the staff was unable to help us even after numerous calls to the hotel from Expedia, we ended up leaving and went down the street to a different hotel and zero problems and cheaper, never staying at the Hyatt again.
