It was not really clean, both nights we stayed we had two different incidents that interrupted our sleep. Not sure we will stay again.. staff were good but short staffed as it is everywhere … breakfast was also good !

The hotel looks a bit tired but overall was clean and everything worked properly.The room was very clean and sheets and towels were fresh. Unfortunately the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke and it resulted in a heavy odour of smoke in the room. I mentioned it to the hotel counter attendant but there was no effort made to address the issue. I thought that this was a smoke free facility. Breakfast was basic but very good.

The situation escalated to the point where I, the customer called the RCMP due the attendants behaviour and metal state. I sat down with the manager the next day and described the situation that unfolded. One of the most unprofessional encounters I’ve ever had. This hotel put their patrons and business at risk allowing this to take place
