This is a beautiful one bedroom basement which welcomes everyone. This place comes with spacious private area/living room ever in any basement suite. The beautiful room has a very comfy bed where you’ll enjoy the most wonderful sleep. The shower has an excellent water pressure. There is an office desk and office chair for remote work comfort. Fastest WiFi ever. While there is no kitchen, you have access to your own microwave and mini fridge.
Note: Hot Tub is unavailable at temp. <2 degrees.

Responsive host and adequate suite

We found the property to be clean and adequate to our needs. The host was responsive to our messages in a really timely manner, including when we asked for a few extra things in the suite and he delivered them that day. The pictures and description are accurate to the space, so do note that the small living room is windowless as it's a below-ground suite. One small point: We would have enjoyed our stay more if the lighting was better. Lamps in the living room and on either side of the bed would soften the space; the overhead lights felt harsh and uncomfortable. Overall, it was an affordable and clean option with a good host.

The people upstairs were super loud, we could hear their every conversation and it was usually super late when this happened as well. We had to call the owners for the door code because they initially gave us the wrong one. But other then that the property was decent for the price we paid to stay there.
