I booked this property pre and post vacation and to utilize the extended stay parking. When we arrived the property was closed and we were told that we had to stay at the hotel next door. I feel this could have been communicated prior to arrival to avoid confusion. Once we went to the sister property we were asked if we wanted to pay cash instead for a cheaper rate, if we used cash for extended parking it would also be cheaper. Classic case of collecting cash and likely not reporting it. They also didn’t take a security deposit for the room. There was no complimentary breakfast served here, you would have to go to the restaurant and pay for that. Upon the return home the shuttle picked us up and took us to the hotel that was previously closed, checked in, took a deposit and away we went. The room had no garbage can in it so we utilized the recycle bin, not a huge deal it was bizarre that there would he no garbage can anywhere in the entire room. This hotel normally has the continental breakfast however there was nothing served. Communication should have been sent out prior to arrival to make guests aware. There are lots of choices when choosing a property prior to flying, this one I wouldn’t revisit.
