The property is nice, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent as well. Unfortunately, I found strands of hair in both the refrigerator and bathtub in my room, which was quite unpleasant and raised concerns about the cleanliness. I reported the issue to the front desk, and to their credit, they promptly relocated me to another room. The bed was very comfortable, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a mixed experience — great service, but housekeeping could use improvement.

Insects, toilet from 70s , it was wobbly toilet, towels that are tough as sandpaper, room didn’t open with room key when I asked to reprogram the key reception was so rude to tell me that you can’t keep the key next to phone and my wallet. I explained that it’s not the issue anyways it’s wasn’t the key issue after all but the door handle was not functioning finally they got the master key and had to call another male staff and open the door.

I enjoyed the close proximity of Smitty's restaurant and the included breakfast. The breakfast menu was one of the best I've had at a hotel in a long time. Fresh eggs, bacon or sausage, fried potatoes plus all the usual amenities. It was very good.
