Front staff took time to open locked door after ringing door bell. Front desk did not express welcoming approach. Seemed almost annoyed that we had arrived. Very lack lustre approach to customer service.

Clean room, however, people are talking too loud and woke us up in the middle.of the night. Kitcjen is too small and no exhaust fan, thus, you smell after you finish your breakfast. Also, cigareet butts were everywhere in the front.
