Not terrible, not great.

This is a good middle of the road hotel. Comfy enough, but I’ve stayed in better at the same price point. I might stay again, might look elsewhere near the airport next time.

I stay in the Edmonton area often and stay in the corridor of hotels along Sparrow Drive. The Radisson is on par with the other accommodations close by. I only gave a 3 star review though because the room was really not very clean. Floors were not mopped (sticky mess on bathroom floor) or vacuumed. Baseboards were filthy with dust. Bathroom fixtures were not clean. Bed although comfortable, was not made properly and the sheets looked almost slept in because they were so wrinkled. I would likely give this property and miss stay at another hotel near by that had the same amenities but was cleaner.

Comfortable and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, daughter plane got in late and roads were horrible and the shuttle picked her and boyfriend up at 3 am so was very convenient, would stay again.
