This hotel seriously lacks pride in cleanliness and upkeep. From the elevators to the room, nothing felt properly cared for. The TV dresser drawers had a thick layer of dust, the bed skirt had an unknown white stain, and while the mattress itself was comfortable, the pillows, were not the best and seemed questionable in cleanliness. The bathroom was especially disappointing — black hair left in the sink, mold around the shower, and a heavy buildup of soap scum on the metal tray. These are basic issues that should never be overlooked. It’s clear from other reviews that these problems have been ongoing, and unfortunately, nothing has been addressed. The staff and ownership don’t seem committed to presenting a hotel that values cleanliness or guest experience. I would not return or recommend this property. That said, if you only need a budget place to sleep and don’t mind these conditions, it may suit you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

There was only 1 very thin blanket in the room, and the room seemed very poorly deisgned, making things awkward and poor to operate. Not an issue with staff but design. Bed was comfy but a little cold with only the one thin blanket

It was a big room with very comfortable beds. The service at the front desk was top notch and unfortunately we were not there long enough to test the restaurant bar. We arrived too late and left to early. Overall - we would stay here again! Great Room and close to airport

Unfortunately the room had an overpowering smell of a masking fragrant such as Capet fresh or alike. The AC wall unit was unplugged and when plugged in did not respond to controls both locally or on the wall mounted thermostat.

The beds were decently comfy but the pillows were so bad. Also the shuttle dropped us off at the wrong door. We needed to get to Westjet going to US. We told him we had to go further down but he argued that that this was the right place. He was wrong and we had to walk a lot further than we needed to. Obviously we made it but we were running late and it was added stress to rush through a busy airport.
