Comfortable and affordable

Convenient location in the downtown. The parking was easy to find and felt very secure. Check in is quick and courteous. The rooms are very comfortable with black-out curtains and lots of bedding.

Stay away

The room was loud and falling apart. The door handle to the bathroom kept falling off and the sink faucet wasn’t even attached to the countertop. The rooms are very run down. There was constantly homeless people in the lobby. Parking is expensive and doesn’t feel secure or safe. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone or stay here again.

Staff was absolutely brilliant! Very friendly and engagingg. A clear 10 out of 10. The room was a little dated and with a few small fixes could have been up to par (courtain didn't really work, a few cracks in paint here and there, ...). However, from a value perspective, this was a good stay and for the staff alone, I would return.

Terrible check in experience. Showed up at 4:45 and no room for us. Had to wait and we had a concert to get to. Check in is 3:00. I paid over $900 for one night. I had an expectation for great service and was very disappointed.
