Went to Katy Perry and this hotel was Very close to Rogers Place. It was a five minute walk Hotel was clean and perfect for our one night stay

The blinds were not the best. They were old and didn’t go all the way down. The shower head didn’t turn all the way on. The staff were nice. I don’t think it was worth what I paid to stay there… plus 28$ for one night of parking is also a lot.

The parking was horrendous! Came back from a day of shopping thinking I could just pull in where I paid to park while there only to find out that I can’t park there until the business workers leave. Told just to park in front and hopefully not get towed and wait till 6pm except we were headed to a concert by 6. Then told to park across the street in another underground parking and they would take charge off for their parking but had to pay for that parking which only goes till 6am! Then when I asked in evening if I could pull car back in to their parking they said yes but we will charge you for a day for it! So I ended up paying for parking in 2 lots! Such nonsense!

Stay was ok. Bed sucked, sitting on it or trying to sleep it creaked constantly, doesn’t look like they ever sweep behind the bathroom door, numerous garbage items there and under the bathroom sink near the back. Front desk staff get a 10 though, they were friendly and helpful.

Disappointed in the cleanliness.

Check-in went well, the staff was friendly and helpful in explaining parking, etc. The room appeared nice with a good view from the 14th floor. The bathroom wasn’t very clean with a used makeup wipe laying on the floor beside the garbage can and a clump of someone’s hair falling out of the hand towel when I unfolded it. There were candy, peanuts and dust bunnies visible on the floor indicating the floor behind the sofa hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, gave me an upgrade and treated me well. Its in the heart of downtown so it was a little sketchy for me as a single woman traveling alone. Thankfully there is lots of security everywhere.
