Room AC was not adequate and unable to get temperature below 24 degrees. Staff attempted to help but couldn’t find issue and offered no solution. Restaurant staff interrupted breakfast to make us pay our bill.

I was disappointed that there was no pool or hot tub. I should have checked at the time of booking, but I made an assumption. Also, the food was quite expensive in the dining room (paid around $60) and we didn't get very much, and the pop was REALLY watered down.

Unfortunately on the evening we stayed there was fighting in the hall outside our room and in the parking lot below our room. We could hear screaming, swearing fighting, talks of people hurting themselves with knives they had on them. It was a little traumatic with our young children. I don’t know if this is a common occurrence in this area. If so this place definitely is not family friendly. Very unfortunate stay.

We actually ended up requesting a refund and, not staying. The room we received did not match the pictures shown. We were quite surprised given the excellent room rating! But the room smelled, the bathroom particularily (previous guests may have smoked marijuana?). And everything had the appearance of being old and worn, e.g. carpet starting to rise, scratches in the headboard, part of the dresser missing veneer so broken particle board showing, etc.
