The first day we were placed in a room without a coffee pot, ice bucket and other things. The supervisor of housekeeping personally looked after every thing. It was the constant noise all night long of being placed in a room across from from all the mechanical equipment that sounded like trucks rolling through our room. We should never have been put into that room, nor should anyone else. I think we should be compensated in some way. The other nights were very good after we asked to be moved.

Highly Recommend!

Excellent hotel for a longer stay. We were there eight nights. Our room was equiped with a kitchenette, large sofa and a king bed. There was a microwave, 2 burner hotplate, fridge and pot/pan, utensils, etc. The breakfast was excellent each morning. We have seen the decline of good, free breakfasts since COVID, so it was great to find a place that actually cooked real bacon, made eggs and roasted potatoes, etc. The staff were all well trained and made us feel at home. The manager even spoke with us at breakfast to find out how our stay was. We wouod definitely chose this hotel again.

Grest front desk. Both women made us feel welcome. I messed up and they did not point out the problem but worked on a solution. The rooms were awesome, breakfast was great. Put this place on your favorite list, you wont be disappointed.

I would've rated it a 5/5. Our check in process was very pleasant and was greated by the lovely lady at the front desk. They even asked our preferred room which appreciate alot since we were staying there for a staycation. The room was spacious and tidy. Staff was amazing and overall experience was a delight. However, after having their breakfast buffet, I had a food poisoning after. I had their cheese omelette, pork sausages and waffle. My partner was ok but the difference is I ate the next batch of sausages the came out. It's a really nice hotel, but maybe just be careful with the food.

Hotel was ok. The first 3 nights were uneventful but the 4th one was terrible. The guests upstairs were running and stomping until past midnight. Staff tried to make it right by offering to move to a higher room. Staff were friendly. Excellent breakfast. Building is old and worn. Overall, not too bad.
