Friendly and helpful staff. Booked wake up call & shuttle for us. Breakfast area clean and stocked. Fresh coffee. Elevator not working but managed 2 flights of stairs, going up with luggage was the hardest.

Unexpected fees.

The front desk added a "Tourism and Levy" fee to my credit card. I pay through Hotels.com. I travel for work and stay in hotels 4 nights a week. I have never had this happen anywhere else. I disputed the charge, arguing it should be done at point of sale, not after the fact. They still charged it to my company credit card, to which I had to explain to my manager, even though I didn't understand it myself. Very unprofessional.
