The staff member when I arrived was a hateful, racist. Hecancelled my room on me even thought it was 1 am amd was willing to buy another room bevause I said I was going to report him to his manager. We found a much better experience at edmonton inn. I wouldnt recommend it if youre not a white. peraon.

Cleanliness was a 0/10. Tv didn’t work, light switches, corners of room were full of dust. For a non smoking room it still had a stench of cigarettes. Let’s not forget, it’s minus 12 outside and the room heat was off as well.

A nice clean atmosphere with respectable clientele and management. Comfortable beds, nice little bathroom, and a fair continental breakfast for offer (Bagels, Muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee). I would be alright to stay here again the next time I'm in Edmonton.
