This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location and transportation are very convenient, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. However, this stay came with an unpleasant experience. After midnight, a group of guests suddenly arrived and made a lot of noise in the hallway, which woke me up. It took about half an hour for things to quiet down, and I couldn’t fall back asleep until around 2 a.m. In addition, the air conditioner was extremely noisy once turned on—so loud that it was impossible to sleep without earplugs.

This was a good hotel for the price. My complaint is that I asked for a late check out. I was there to work and I work in events so I work quite late and need the sleep the next day in order to drive from city to city. My late check out was approved but at 11:01 which is one minute past regular check out the deal called and woke me up to tell me check out was at 11:00. I couldn’t fall back asleep and it took an extra hour or sleep I needed away from me. They need to have a better way to communicate to all staff when to not bother someone if they have a late check out.

310 - weird smell.... could deal with it. Problem was the feont desk doesnt monitor whongoes up and down stair wells - there was many people from the surrounding streets. The unit above was rented to a few of them and they talked - paced and laughed ALL night long. I had seen some decent reviews but wont be going back. Door lock didnt engage either as its misaligned. Just monitor the people.coming in and out please!

Had trouble with TV....Wifi connection...Called front desk...I was told to "Go into SETTINGS and reset the wifi to the television..Tried to do it....didn't work after numerous tries. PACKED UP MY STUFF and vacated my room (#208) @ approx 7:45 pm, and drove the two hours home. I didn't say anything to the young lady at the front desk. Needless to say..I take my relaxation very seriously. I left with out SAYING anything because I know my temper limitations when I feel disrespected... I WILL NOT BE BACK Dwayne
