Pleasant stay

Eggs in the morning were terrible, think they had been lying out for ages and we were the first ones down for 6am Excellent surrounding in the reception area for guests. Didn't find the reception people exactly the most friendly or looking to help. Disappointed room didnt have freezer part to fridge, microwave or kettle

Its everything you want and more in a hotel, one observation though, having microwave in the room will make it even better, instead of having to go downstairs every time you want to warm up food. Having said all that, trust me, its great lodging here.

Would stay here again, it ws easy to get to from Fort McMurray. Was super impressed how close it was to phenomenal restaurants and IKEA. LOVED the toiletries provided in the bathrooms. TV was great size and quality. Would be a 5/5 if the towels were more plush and the Duvet was more plush too. 4.7/5!

When we arrived the door to our room did not work and needed to be recalibrated. This happened again the next day. When we used the shower (morning or night) it seemed to take at least 2 minutes for hot water to come out. However, the staff was very helpful during our stay

Sadly I’d pass next time

Sadly not great. Started with Desk couldn’t find reservation for myself and the 2 additional colleagues of mine I booked. Took several minutes then finally I was told that it doesn’t merge with a different system because I did not book directly with them. Went to room to find water coming up from vinyl flooring. Couldn’t walk without shoes on. Changed rooms which was very easy visiting the front desk again. Very loud building, can hear everything from next from, to walking around all night above me. I’d book the top floor if I may ever find myself booking this property again. Ran shower and tap for, kid you not!, 15-20 minutes to finally have a warm shower at 5am. Sadly as someone who travels a lot for work, not the best visit or property, would struggle to stay here again.
