The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. I had to inform the staff and request another room. There was hair on top of the bed and old food left in the minibar. Additionally, the beddings were not rearranged or changed even after two days of stay.

The hotel is clean and modern. However, there was no in-room microwave, no in-room coffee. The pool was cold and there was no hot tub/ jacuzzi. Had several issues with room keys not working. Overall, I would not likely stay here again.

I was a bit disappointed last visit but thought I would try again. I'm glad I did because checking in was wonderful the girl was so nice and no hassle for checking in early. Room was clean and stay was comfortable.

receptionist staff needs guest relation manners even the hotel managers when we encountered him by the pool we thought he was just a random guest taking pictures on the wall painting unfriendly manner and face no guest relation manner. pool table has incomplete set of balls missing 2 balls it seems like it doesnt matter. we will never comeback here
