I had previously given a good review based on the friendly helpful staff. However on the day of checkout I had nowhere to go since the via train station didn’t open until 5 pm. Due to the cold weather and my 3 bags of luggage I confirmed at checkout I could stay in the lobby until my Uber arrived. However I was asked to leave so I had to walk elsewhere with all my luggage. I will never stay here again or any other Travelodge chain. Also the wifi was garbage and didn’t work for my entire 3 day visit.

This hotel is extremely dated, rooms in dire need of a deep cleaning (steam clean or replace carpets, mold in shower),and replacement of items (door locks broken). Even though it is a non smoking hotel the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and another lingering odor we could describe. We checked in late at night as our flight arrived at midnight and did not try the breakfast as we wanted to get out asap. I would highly recommend spending a few more dollars for a better stay. I do not blame housekeeping for the condition of the rooms as I'm sure they do the best they can with what they are given to work with. This falls on management and a lack of pride in the business they operate.

The staff was friendly, were accommodation. First night my mini fridge wasn't working i asked for a new one. for the 3 day I did not get a working fridge nor no one came and had a look. They were gonna move me to a different room but i didn't want to as i was already set up. just roll in a fridge from a different room. Saturday house keep knocked and was about to walk in and asked if i was in 307, which i wasn't and no one moved me lol no communication between staff. and i also asked for a late check out and still someone came and knocked on my door. They did give me frozen pack to put in my cooler to keep my stuff cold. Very basic breakfast.
