When we arrived to check in they said they don’t have any room available. I showed them the booking then they said they don’t know why Expedia let us book but they don’t have anything available. Then they somehow managed an old room for us which was not upto the mark . And the door wasn’t even opening with the key that they provided us . Then again we complained and someone came and opened with the spare key or something and said us it’s a bit jammed .

Booked a non smoking room for my family. I have a baby and toddler with me. We drove from vancouver Bc and checked in around 2am. As we got to the room being so tired we walked into a room that reeked with cigarettes. It was like inhaling secondhand smoke for myself and the kids. Pillows had hair and bed smelt like smoke. My kids had to sleep and inhale it. We all smelt like we smoked in the morning. The staff were friendly and they helped me get a new room and had upgraded it with no charge in which i appreciate.

A homeless person got into the hotel and started a fire in the stairwell in the morning. We checked in at 3pm and took the stairwell at 5:30pm and the mess hadn’t been cleaned up yet. We were told to avoid the stairwell. We packed up to go home at 7pm.
